What is an Art by Deeling art print?

Every art print in the shop is an archival-grade giclée reproduction of Deeling’s artwork. Giclée printing uses a fine-art inkjet process to reproduce color and detail on paper. The print is distinct from the original artwork from which the image was made.

What paper is used for the prints?

All current art prints are produced on Hahnemühle William Turner paper. It is a textured, white, 100% cotton, genuine mould-made fine-art paper. Hahnemühle describes it as acid- and lignin-free, without optical brighteners, and designed for high age resistance. See the manufacturer’s William Turner specifications.

Do art prints arrive framed?

No. Art prints ship flat, unmounted, and unframed. This protects the paper in transit and lets you choose a frame, mat, and glazing that suit the artwork and your space.

Do the prints include a white border?

Yes. Art prints include an additional 1-inch white border on every side to make handling and framing easier. Product-page dimensions refer to the printed image area; the paper is larger because of the border.

What print sizes are available?

Available sizes are listed on each artwork’s product page. Some works are offered in more than one size or aspect ratio, so the image crop may vary slightly by size. Check the selected variant before adding a print to the cart.

How long does production and shipping take?

Each order is custom printed on demand, which takes approximately 3–5 business days. Domestic shipping typically adds another 3–5 business days for items smaller than 17 × 23 inches. Larger items and international destinations may take around two weeks for delivery. See the current shipping policy.

How should I frame an art print?

Use acid-free matting and backing, a reversible mounting method, and a mat or spacers so the glazing does not touch the textured paper. UV-protective glass or acrylic can help reduce light exposure. How should I care for an unframed or framed print?

Handle the print by its edges with clean, dry hands. Keep liquids, food, direct sunlight, and high humidity away from the paper. Once framed, dust the frame and glazing gently with a soft, dry cloth.

How does Deeling create her artwork?
